COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) lets you pay when your order arrives. Available pan-India on eligible pin codes via our GoKwik checkout.

At checkout, choose Cash on Delivery. GoKwik verifies your phone number via OTP to reduce fake orders and protect both you and us. High-risk orders may see COD hidden automatically , prepaid options with discounts are always available.

A small COD handling fee may apply on select orders (shown before you confirm). GoKwik also supports Partial COD , pay part online, rest on delivery , on eligible orders.

Please keep exact change ready. Refused deliveries may affect future COD eligibility. For order issues, contact us before refusing delivery.
