Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period are not accepted.

You must provide an unboxing video without cuts, clear product images, and your order number. Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

We do not provide cash refunds or bank transfers. Approved returns receive store credit in your Vrinda Wallet with no expiry. Request a return from your account order page within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping charges may be deducted based on location.

Used or damaged products and items without original packaging cannot be returned. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number to initiate a return.
