Online payment: Prepaid orders receive an extra 7% discount. Discount applies only when payment is completed online at checkout.

Partial COD (20%): A non-refundable advance is required to confirm every COD order. The balance is payable on delivery. Orders are processed only after the advance is received. If you refuse delivery, the advance is not refunded (covers shipping and handling).

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Partial COD advance is non-refundable after order confirmation.

Additional shipping charges will be payable for re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Delays caused due to incorrect information are not our responsibility.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide an unboxing video (without cuts), clear product images, and your order number. Without an unboxing video, damage or wrong-product claims may not be accepted.

Approved returns receive Vrinda Wallet store credit with no expiry. No cash refunds or bank transfers. Wallet balance is redeemable at checkout. Return shipping charges may be deducted based on location.

Non-returnable: used or damaged products, and items without original packaging. Refused deliveries may result in declined future COD orders. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Actual product colour may slightly vary due to mobile display settings, photography lighting, and screen resolution. Minor colour differences shall not be considered defects.

Our jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, and chemicals. Improper handling may reduce product life. Every piece is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.
