How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch in 1-2 business days. Metro delivery: 2-4 days. Rest of India: 3-7 days. See our Shipping page for details.
What is your return policy?
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, with an unboxing video (no cuts), clear photos, and your order number. Approved returns receive Vrinda Wallet credit with no expiry, redeemable at checkout. Full returns policy.
Is COD available?
Yes, pan-India on eligible pincodes. COD is subject to OTP verification at checkout. COD policy.
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our pieces use skin-friendly plating. If you have metal allergies, we recommend limiting wear time and keeping pieces dry.
How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
